Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries timely and fulfill client requirements to ensure our service quality;
- Support sales team on orders follow up;
- Co-ordinate with Operations Teams for shipment follow up;
- Shipment delivery follow up with customers, external and internal parties;
- Handle problem cases as assigned;
- Preparing reports and presentations;
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, diploma holder in Logistics preferred.
- Fluent spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Good for written Chinese, English.
- The work experience of trading & logistics service provider will be preferred.
- At least 5 years experiences in customer service/operations, freight forwarding business.
- Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Excel
- Able to work independently
