Customer Service


  • Handle customer enquiries timely and fulfill client requirements to ensure our service quality;
  • Support sales team on orders follow up;
  • Co-ordinate with Operations Teams for shipment follow up;
  • Shipment delivery follow up with customers, external and internal parties;
  • Handle problem cases as assigned;
  • Preparing reports and presentations;


  • Form 5 or above, diploma holder in Logistics preferred.
  • Fluent spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Good for written Chinese, English.
  • The work experience of trading & logistics service provider will be preferred.
  • At least 5 years experiences in customer service/operations, freight forwarding business.
  • Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Excel
  • Able to work independently

Shipping Clerk (Ocean Freight Forwarding)

Job Responsibilities:

-               Handle full set of shipping documents;

-               Data entry, filing and invoicing;
-               Liaison with shipper, vendors & overseas agents etc.;

-               Provide clerical supports ad-hoc tasks.


Job Requirements:
-               HKCEE F.5 / DSE graduated or above;

-               Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin

-               Good communication and telephone skills;

-               1 – 2 years of related experience, fresh graduated are also welcome;
-               Basic Computer knowledge, incl. MS Office & Outlook;
-               Good team spirit & willing to work;

-               Immediate available will be an advantage
