On the afternoon of August 8, 2025, we welcomed the families of our colleagues for a day filled with connection, discovery, and celebration. From children to spouses and parents, it was a gathering of generations—each one an important part of our extended MOL family.

Some children who joined us during past Family Days returned this year as mature and self-assured young people. Seeing them grow alongside us was a touching reminder that MOL isn’t just a workplace—it’s a place where people and families grow together.

Beyond the fun of mini-games and office tours, we shared the story of MOL: how our business creates value, how we contribute to society, and most importantly, how deeply we care about our employees who make it all possible. Family Day was our way of expressing gratitude not only to our team members, but also to the loved ones who support them every step of the way.

One of the sweetest highlights? Each family member wrote a heartfelt message to share their appreciation and encouragement. Their words were warm, thankful, and deeply moving—a beautiful reflection of the bonds we share.

A big thank you to our Management team, HR colleagues, and Summer Interns for helping make the day so special for the families of our MOL team. Thanks to them, our values were not just shared—they were truly felt. 

At MOL, we believe our people—and the families who stand beside them—are our greatest strength. Family Day was a beautiful reminder of that belief.
