On November 4, 2023, we joined a beach cleaning activity at Angler’s Beach in Tsuen Wan together with the staff members of our group companies. During this event, we worked together to clean up an extensive area of ​​our local beach. We use professional tools and equipment to carefully pick up garbage and debris on the beach, and properly handle and classify it to ensure that the environment is not further polluted.

This campaign is a response to both MOL Group’s Corporate Mission – “From the blue oceans, we sustain people's lives and ensure a prosperous future” and Blue Action MOL - MOL Group’s sustainable actions. As a group engaged in ocean shipping and offshore operations, we believe that our mission and that of future society is to contribute to the dialogue on the marine environment.

All volunteers were working hard to pick up trash on the beach. Their efforts directly support Hong Kong beach cleanup efforts. Once a beach cleanup is complete, everyone involved see the difference and enjoy a clean beach. Events that promote team bonding while supporting worthwhile causes are always encouraging.

We firmly believe that everyone can contribute to environmental protection, both as a company and as an individual. This beach cleanup demonstrates our commitment to sustainability and desire to give back to the community. We will continue to organize similar activities and actively participate in more environmental initiatives to promote green development and a sustainable future.
